1. General

By booking an appointment with Graceful Touch SPMU, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU) treatments including brows, lip blush, and freckles.

Graceful Touch SPMU reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be aged 18 years or over.

Proof of age may be requested prior to treatment.

Treatments may be refused where it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable to proceed.

3. Consultations & Medical Information

All clients must complete a consultation and medical history form before treatment.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding your health, medications, allergies, skin conditions, previous cosmetic procedures, and any relevant medical history.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment results and may result in treatment being refused.

4. Patch Testing

A patch test may be required prior to treatment in accordance with current manufacturer, insurance and safety requirements. Patch testing is commonly recommended before semi-permanent makeup procedures and should be completed within the timeframe advised by your practitioner.

If a patch test is required and has not been completed, Graceful Touch SPMU reserves the right to postpone or cancel the appointment.

5. Booking Fees & Payments

A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment.

Booking fees are transferable once if sufficient notice is provided in accordance with the cancellation policy.

The remaining balance is due on the day of treatment.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of the booking fee.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("no show") will result in the loss of any booking fee paid and future bookings may require full payment in advance.

7. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Graceful Touch SPMU reserves the right to shorten treatment times where appropriate or refuse treatment if insufficient time remains.

8. Results & Expectations

Semi-permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattooing procedure. Results vary between individuals due to factors including skin type, age, lifestyle, medical conditions, medication, aftercare compliance, sun exposure and healing response.

No guarantee can be given regarding:

• Exact colour retention

• Healing results

• Longevity of pigment

• Number of sessions required

• Achievement of a specific appearance

Photographs shown on social media or the website are examples only and individual results will vary.

9. Touch-Ups

A perfecting session may be recommended following the initial treatment.

Additional sessions required due to poor retention, lifestyle factors, medical conditions, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or significant changes requested by the client may incur additional charges.

10. Aftercare

Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect healing, colour retention and final results.

Graceful Touch SPMU cannot accept responsibility for unsatisfactory results caused by failure to follow aftercare guidance.

11. Contraindications

Treatment may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, undergoing certain medical treatments, taking specific medications, or suffering from particular skin conditions.

Graceful Touch SPMU reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is considered unsafe to proceed.

12. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic tattooing services, no refunds will be provided once treatment has been carried out.

Dissatisfaction with healed results does not automatically entitle a client to a refund as healing outcomes vary between individuals.

Any concerns should be raised within 14 days of treatment so that an appropriate review can be arranged.

13. Training Models

From time to time, clients may receive treatment as part of training, mentoring or skill-development sessions.

By booking a model appointment, you acknowledge that you are receiving treatment at a reduced rate and understand that treatment may take longer than standard appointments.

14. Photography & Marketing

Photographs may be taken before, during and after treatment for insurance, training, record-keeping and quality control purposes.

Marketing use of photographs will only take place with the client's consent.

15. Liability

Graceful Touch SPMU will provide treatments with reasonable care, skill and professionalism.

However, no responsibility can be accepted for complications, allergic reactions, infections, pigment changes, colour fading or other outcomes that arise due to undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow aftercare instructions, individual healing responses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
